The Canadian Employment Lawyers Network currently has several dozen members, covering the major towns and cities of Canada. There are many hundreds of lawyers in Canada that practice employment law, but the vast majority practice only on behalf of defendants, ie; the employers. This is, quite simply, very often a more lucrative option.

Our relatively small network of lawyers have committed their practices at least in part to aiding employees with employment law issues.

SUBMIT YOUR CASE TO A CELN LAWYER FOR A FREE INITIAL OPINION:

  • Complete the Case Details form on the next page, letting the lawyer know the details surrounding your case.

  • Within 48hrs, the practicing employment lawyer (or supporting paralegal) in your local area will attempt to review these case details and contact you via email. If your case is more urgent, we urge you to phone local lawyers direct through the listings on our Lawyer Directory page.

  • You will most often receive an email response from the lawyer, briefly commenting on the legal options that appear to be available to you.  If your submitted case has the makings of a realistic legal claim, then SOME of our lawyers (or supporting legal professionals) may agree to offer a free 15 minute telephone consultation, to better make you aware of your legal options.

  • There is of course no obligation to then proceed with legal action against your employer: It's your call.

(Please note: Any further action you wish to take after this initial consultation is then a matter between you and that lawyer, and would be charged at the lawyer's regular hourly rates.)
